About Bio-Hacking.Blog

Bio-Hacking.Blog is an independent, evidence-based publication about biohacking, longevity, anti-aging, and natural health. Our promise is simple: every health claim we publish is tied to a real, peer-reviewed study you can open and read yourself.

Who writes this

Bio-Hacking.Blog is written and edited by Lee, an IT forensics specialist who has spent more than 20 years working to strict, scientific standards: examining evidence and reporting what the data actually shows.

Lee is deliberately independent. This site is not funded by, employed by, or affiliated with any pharmaceutical company, medical company, or university, and there is no supplement line or program being sold here. That independence is the point: with no product to sell and no institution to answer to, there is no incentive to overhype. Lee approaches each health topic the way a forensic analyst approaches a case, following the data without bias and separating what the studies genuinely support from what gets exaggerated in the headlines.

The aim is to read the peer-reviewed research carefully, analyze it without bias, and explain the real findings in plain language, so you can make informed decisions about the most important thing you have: your health.

What we stand for

  • Evidence first. We prefer meta-analyses and systematic reviews, then randomized controlled trials, then cohort studies. We say how strong the evidence is, not just what it claims.
  • Honest hedging. On health topics we write “may” and “is associated with”, never “cures” or “guaranteed”. If a claim cannot be verified, we soften it or cut it.
  • Every claim is cited. A typical article links to roughly 30 sources. If we state a number, the study behind it is one tap away.

How we check our work

Every article goes through an independent, adversarial citation-verification pass before it is published. We explain the full process on our methodology page.
